Greetings form Costa Rica, a south african living here for 20 years, love the song, makes me want to go and visit south africa. This song does remind me a bit of Ireland when I was traveling around Galway and Doolin.

Ben Brown can definitely take some credit for giving Jeremy some great exposure. Its so great to see the you tube community working like this. This guy is like the next Mumford and Sons, better in fact. I hope an album comes out soon.

Love this song.. Just shows that time can heal some wounds but sometimes love breaks. But that doesn't mean that time you spent together doesn't mean anything. Makes me feel a bit better about leaving my first love in Europe and coming back to SA.. Cause we will have those times together. The bad times, The good times and the lies and betrayal that followed after moving back and him staying there..
@howtowanderlust2 жыл бұрын
Wow this comment. Same for me but leaving her in SA and me in USA. Time heals some but not all wounds. Memories are forever though.

This has held me up over the last 6 or 7 years, but this is the first time I am crying to this song. I left my boyfriend at the airport last night to fly back to South Africa. I played Jeremy Loops in the car almost always. I made him fall in love with it too. It doesn't make me feel better for leaving him. The love did break. But hopefully with time we will both heal and focus only on the beautiful memories we made.

I think the video is about a couple who had a list of things they will do together but they broke up in the meantime, he ended up heartbroken but still wanted to do those things on the list with her so he came ti pick her up and that's why she asked ''Are you sure you want to do this?'' 'cause she's the one who hurt him in the first place; I noticed she's always waiting for him to do something first (touch of a hand; she got a bit mad when he fall asleep but she didn't wanted to bother him etc.)... so they went to the coast, ran and screamed from the top of their lungs, he held her hand for the good old times to relive their love for the last time... You can see, throughout the video, that they still care about eachother one hell of a lot. At least that's what I ''saw''. I found it extremely emotional and powerful. Hope it makes sense to you, guys.
