If you love Smokey and want something nicer from Ireland then you’ll really appreciate the Connemara whisky. I think it’s the only Irish that uses Pete and it was definitely Smokey and enjoyable.

Been drinking bourbon , Irish whiskey and scotch for decades. It’s all whiskey/whisky. Eagle Rare has been my go to old fashion mixer and a daily for most that time. Really enjoy the vid and the list. Woodfords dbl oak is just iconic must have bottle. Viking 12 and Bowmore 12 are tasty scotches with also being an introductory to Islay style whisky. Never had Blue Run so looking forward to getting a bottle. Enjoy green spot and wish more spots were available near me. That TX whiskey is so good. WT rare is also amazing, makes amazing old fashioned. I think Woodford Double oaked is great for newbs and a bourbon drinker. great recommendation. Calumet 16 is one of my new favorites, it is pricey but I feel worth it.
