How in the world do you come up with that many voices on the spot? It would take me like a week to do like 4 bars of that on my own, that's insane!

That was a better lesson in orchestration than you’ll find in textbooks. It was fun watching you stretch out.

Super inspiring and amazing execution! Especially the turnout plus string section and winds with 4part counterpoints sounds amazing

The whole orchestra in two hands, amazing and beautiful! This Gershwin song is one of my favorites. Jeremy, I went on your website to try to buy your books but I couldn't find the shipping taxes for Paris - France. Could you tell me how to do? Thanks!

Adding comment while watching...that's a lovely string section arrangement. Going back to listen to that part again. And now the harp-like arrangement. Timpani and glockenspiel = very creative. Pineapple!

This is beyond my ability at the moment but very inspirational. Looks like I’ll have to do what Fred hersch suggests and play through some Bach chorales to develop better voice independence to get these kind of skills?

Left hand arpegggios can imitate the swell of a string section.

'and chicken coop janitor Jeremy Siskind' Noticed that there was some back and forth between the melody and the texture. Guessing there's long notes written in the melody where you're subbing in the texture of the orchestral instrument? Or is it play a little melody then play a little texture type of an approach?

I don’t understand how u just have that many voicings at ur fingertips so u can think of each voice moving individually. Could u do more videos on how to add harmony in the right hand? I find it hard to not just play melody in right hand and chords in left. Thanks!

I have two decades of practicing to do now from this ONE video. Brilliant, but sigh.
