I often think how we collectively call it "falling" in love, when it literally implies we'll fumble, stumble and hurt ourselves and our loved ones, when we "fall" in love, why does it have to work that way? People say love makes you feel like spreading your wings and flying in the air. So just as stupid as it sounds, why can't we "land" in love and not necessarily "crash" in love? I don't want to "fall" in love, if that is how i should expect it to go down. Life is hard and i don't want to make it harder. It sucks, but let's not hurt ourselves anymore. Yeah I agree, but ig we can't really "land" in love, i hope is that what your trying to say. As you mentioned it is only falling or crashing in love because just like it, Love is just unpredictable, either you fall for it and hurt yourself or the person can help you by healing it. Just like landing, we can determine and set a goal, but while crashing or falling we can't, which happens when you fall for someone. I'm sorry if you were hurt in the past as you mentioned about hurting, (or I'm just assuming), but yeah we can learn a lot from once getting heart broken, and Jeremy's songs just adds extra magic to it, isn't it :). You're so right when you say that love is unpredictable and like 'landing', we can't set goals. But it's comforting to know that even if you crash/fall in love, the other person would help you heal from it, thank you for that. ❤ And, I've not been hurt in love, it's just that i feel too strongly about it, about people that I love. If any, I've hurt myself in love, I've had issues with accepting myself and loving myself, so maybe that's where all of what I said before came from. 😊 Jerm really does have some sort of magic in his voice or his entire being, I feel so blessed to know his music!
