Jericho is a Palestinian city located in Jordan Valley. East of Jericho is Jordan River and west is Jerusalem.
Jericho is recorded to be the oldest city in the world.
Jericho is 10,000 years old and it is also the lowest city on earth.
In the gospel of Luke 19, Jesus happens to be in Jericho where He met Zacchaeus a chief tax collector who wanted to see Jesus but since he was short, he had to climb on a tree to see Jesus.
In this video, i visited the place where the event took place .
This sycamore tree is more than 2000 years old.
