I have seen like 3 or 4 different versions of this story, not this one yet aside from some clips,and honestly it never fails to get my blood boiling. In all of the versions the leading male in my opinion is never sincere enough towards his wife and doesn't display enough repentance for her forgiveness. Plus it was actually a pretty toxic relationship to begin so the whole thing just ticked me off. I would like to hope this one will be better, please someone tell me this ones better in actually making us like him in the end?

Hi I haven’t seen any of the other versions so don’t know but I liked this one. He is nice to her but it’s a very tough situation they find themselves in. He s still in love with the other girl when he decides to support this girl and the baby and the situation gets out of hand with the family. For the most part he tries his best to be nice. Obviously being a human and all he is not perfect and finds it difficult to leave the other girl behind and should have ended it sooner witn her. This wife on her part is too meek and it takes her time to grow up and come into her own. They don’t end this version well in terms of story development towards the end so it’s not a perfect script

I haven't watched the other versions, but I was very much rooting for them, and I think he redeems himself in the end.. She becomes a really strong person and he finds that very sexy :) I just wish they had done a better job developing their happiness at the end more.

@@aditisiddharth6472 I don't think he was in love with Anna still at the end well by the time she came back he was 100% over her, but he listened to everything Jiaxin told him and they both felt guilty for falling in love, and he told Anna over and over again it was pointless, he was never going to be with Anna, so I don't think he was still in love with Anna. Also, I think he felt he had to be with Anna for awhile bc it was always his plan.. I think from the first episode he fell for Jiaxin and it really confused him for awhile.

I have watched the other versions and this one from Mainland China is the very best one. Also It is more realistic regarding the other stories following others in the series. I enjoyed this version very much and have watched it a couple of times.
