I was so excited to make this, I followed the recipe exactly like the video. If you decide to go with 4 cups of heavy cream, this definitely requires more seasoning. Not what I expected.

When cleaning chicken or any meat. How many minutes should the meats soak in water salt and lime? Should the line be rubbed on meat and rinsed under water? Or can meats be cleaned with water and vinegar for how many minutes. Thanks

for me i ussually leave the meat in vinegar and salt w/ lemon water for about 3-5 mins and rinse off after👏🏽🥰

You can get it from Walmart (maybe) If not, you can order it from the Walmart site. It's called Walkerswood Traditional Jamaican Jerk Seasoning. It has a Lot of flavor!
