Fabolous. WAY TO GO!!! I am with you, on that journey. I did intermit fasting. lost 70 lbs. in 5 months down to 100 lbs. No food for 72 hours just water coffee tea no extra sugar or salt. I did this once a week walked 5 to 10 miles per day. winter, spring, summer and autumn. Now diabetes is gone no more meds. Healthy as a horse. I am 68 years old. If I can do this at my age so can you. And you do get a ton of energy incredible the way you feel. So, I know you can do it, it's all a mindset discipline and determination. Limit your carbs stay away from the fried foods and processes foods like baked goods including cakes pastries surgery drinks etc stay in a calorie deficit and fasting is great and load up on your proteins and lots of raw veggies along with a 30- 40 min workout daily just walking is an Amazing way to shed those pounds and bonus for your Cardiovascular. Keep pushing its hard at first but its an Awersom lifestyle change its the Best Gift anyone can give themselves Good Health 🔥🇧🇷🇨🇦

Recently I started using Ozempic, which is a big craze in the U.S right now. I dropped 20 lbs in 2 months, but I saw some people with much better results due to Ozempic. One day at a time just cut down to eating rice or pasta once a wk and more vegetables with your meals and always drinks lots of water,I was told by my drs to drink half your body weight in water a day.And keep water take your dog for a walk or push baby boy in the stroller or get headed phones it’s worth it in the end.its gonna take time but you are on the right track I have faith your family is their to help you!
