Green onion, reg onion, thyme, scotch bonnet and garlic blended. You can use like half an onion, couple sprigs of thyme, i use a whole scotch bonnet but use whatever you like for your desired spice, fresh or minced garlic and you have it. Some people add ginger or bell peppers as well. I don’t but you can do what you please 😊

Was it spicy or had heat too it? Because if so Ik imma love it
@tiffaneybailey4592 жыл бұрын
Honestly it wasn’t too spicy. It was perfect. You can taste the jerk with a little kick, but it didn’t leave me needing to drink water. I think you would enjoy it and you could always add some more spice.

Where did you purchase the jerk seasoning (MILD)? I can only find the Hot Spicy kind in my area.
@ChazsLifestyle2 жыл бұрын
Usually a local grocery store. Sometimes that all the stores have in stock. I’d try. Walmart as well, sometimes they have the regular jerk seasoning. You can also search it on google to see which store has it in your area.
