1lb Lrg or jumbo raw shrimp or salmon
1 tbsp Wet jerk seasoning
1 tbsp Green seasoning
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
Few drops Browning
Oil
Red bell pepper strips
Green bell pepper strips
Yellow bell pepper strips
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 stalk scallion, diced
2 tsps flour
3 cups Coconut cream
Fresh thyme
1 - 2 tsps Wet Jerk seasoning
1 - 2 tsps Green seasoning
1/2 tsp or more Paprika
All purpose seasoning
Ground allspice
Black pepper
2 - 3 cups dry Pasta boiled (I used rotini)

OMG thank you so much for this! I will try it…I love fettuccine Alfredo but I’m lactose intolerant and have to avoid it….this may be my chance to enjoy it again! ❤❤
