@@Robert-se7ni so there's a few clues here. one, star's voice on the skype call is severely distorted. two, when jerma shoots a rocket at star, it doesn't explode for several seconds. three, one of the cops is trapped in a time loop. i'm pretty sure this is internet problems combined with gta 4's really bad netcode. star's game hasn't received the information from jerma's game (or vice versa) so it waits. the explosion doesn't happen until both games know it's happening. the cop doesn't run from point a to point b until both games know he's doing that. the animation still plays because jerma's game knows, but he gets reset every time jerma's game tries to reconnect to star's.

I like it don't get me wrong but, I remember Jerma used to do a lot more of Tf2 tutorial videos and explanations, he helped me better my scout game by a lot back a year ago when I started watching his channel. Now I find I don't really learn as much as I do laugh, but for me I wish it was in reverse, Tf2 is hard to understand others mind set, and it really helped me think about how to get better.
