I first heard this song this morning while feeling sorry for myself as I was sitting in my dialysis chair. I played this song for over an hour on repeat as The Holy Spirit ministered to me through this song. The opening lyrics slapped any self pity right out of my head. Although I am in need of a kidney transplant, Heart failure, liver failure... All these infirmities are nothing compared to the price that Jesus Christ paid because He first loved us. I may not ever be healed here on earth, but that is ok... His love is all I need. Thank you Jermaine for being obedient to The Holy Spirit by putting out this song.

As i listen to this beautiful tune, my mind drifts off to the years I spent living in the hills up around Moneague, Clairmont, and Golden Grove. I married a red haired beauty from St. Elizabeth and left Chicago to begin a new life in Jamaica. Although not a Christian at the time, The Lord used the splendor of those beautiful hills, people, and experiences to plant a seed. Fast forward 30 years. The marriage did not last, but my walk with The Lord has been a wild ride, greater than that found in any amusement park. I still hold my friends and neighbors in St.Ann deep within my heart and memories. The Lord being the awesome God he is, introduced me to a beautiful South Indian songbird. We have been married 14 years now. She is a keeper, as she makes awesome curry chicken. Much love and respect to all my friends in Jamaica, we shall meet again. ❤️
