@@ianmilne9633 I honestly always knew and felt like Jermell had a high level of respect for the sport and wasn't the arrogant guy everybody seems to think he is. People need to understand that this is the fight business. If he ever came off as loud mouthed... it was ONLY because he was selling a fight and there's already a high testosterone level. But he always seemed very level headed in anything else he did. That's how it really is for a lot of guys. That whole trash talking to sell a fight thing starts to die down once you reach a certain level. The fight just sells itself.

Plus he's killing the topic on purpose in order to transition to the next one. There's a certain up and down, rhythm and flow... he brings the topic in, then lightens the mood so the guest doesn't overthink what they just said and start to stumble over THEIR words on the next question because they're still thinking about the last question. If you pay attention to how Charlo was answering his questions at first, he was kind of stumbling over some words... but as the interview progressed he started to get more comfortable in the conversation and everything was just flowing.

I always seen him as mad and aggressive and just hostile, but you can tell he’s changing and this interview he was so humble and vulnerable and I respect that. He answered every question with honestly, he believes in himself. I really think charlo is gonn give it his all this fight. He really made me a fan of this interview. Mentally I always thought that the body clock could be manipulated to optimize physical ability. I started working out all the time of the day. Three times a day. 50 push up every delivery. Even throwing in pull ups at 20 a set. Not counting. But throughout the day. Everyday. Never completely burnt out but constantly on pump. Point is over time my body has to adjust to this. It's like working construction 24/7. You start to see it every where. You hands, wrist etc. So as a boxer you definitely want to put your physical output in conjunction with the fight times. The body will ready itself. Like your sleep body clock
