You have to be extremely lucky if you are banking on it. While the rents are insane, the chances of opponents landing are very low. So low that most seasoned players trade Boardwalk for an orange or aqua property, to increase likelihood of landing. Plus, most games become low income games anyways, so more common properties bring bang for your buck. With that being said, if your luck is by your side, a blue property is gonna be an automatic scramble mode for the opponents.

Any trades Jerome receives he has to accept, Jerome also has to buy all properties he lands on and has to wait until he gets out of jail or try his luck with the dice. The friends have to buy any properties they land on and have to pay to get out of jail.
