How about having an emergency cooldown that's measured from the start of an emergency sabotage, regardless of when/whether the emergencies are fixed, and having door cooldowns be separate from emergency cooldowns? So if the cooldown is set to 45 seconds and nobody fixes lights within 45 seconds, reactor or O2 could get called while lights are still off.

What I would've done was keep calling reactor so 2 of them are occupied and kill everyone else on the right and then when I think that is the last of them, I would just go into reactor and kill one of 'em after I vent 200,000 times lol
