It probably won't in a full capacity, since Jerry never had the whole film in his possession. Parts existed at Europa studios, an possibly Nathan Waschberger took reels as well, but it is unclear. What exists at the LOC is this footage: vimeo.com/205177690 The sound was in poor condition at both the LOC and with the reels that were dumped from the Swedish film vault. This was explained in the Der Clown documentary in 2016. Also the rights to the script belong to a production company and a lobbyist who own the rights. They have put out threats to sue if the film is shown by the LOC or even when Patton Oswalt did a live script reading as a show in CA a few years ago. They shut it down. They think that one day they are going to put out a movie of their own, and they've waited on this since the 90's, when they bought the rights from O'Brien and Denton the scriptwriters. Not sure what they are waiting for with their version of the film....
