This can't beat when he did this number with Dean on Colgate. I can only imagine his heart was hurting that he was asked to do the routines he'd written for Dean on this show.

This is the fall that changed his life, ate minute 29:31. Jerry himself give the details of this in his book "dean and jerry". He say the floor has water (and now we can see why) and he breaks the skull in the fall. Which is clear when you see how he felt. Thanks for share the video!

Water on the floor??? With all those people??? No way could there have been water on that floor. From WHERE did the water appear??? No director would ever allow that to happen. What most likely happened is that he lost his balance and SLIPPED. Jer wouldn't admit his fault, ever. Water, my asterix.

Not so. Jerry landed on a XLR microphone connector. I don't see this in the video. Also, Jerry was so seriously injured they probably had to take him to the hospital.

+unclesporkums I distinctly remember hearing Jerry talk about the XLR connector chipping his spin. Was this before or after that fall? Why did he get up like nothing happened? I'm not arguing. You have me curious now.
