Gary my husband is a pastor....we have flipped several homes over the yrs...He has always had a job..plus we remodeled the homes ourselves...or paid some one...it's not easy...but it can be done.

Thanks Jo Jo! We're getting there! We're almost 7 months in and it looks like we might be moving in at the end of Month 8! I have some updates soon on the project I hope!

I wish! 😁 No, we started on the demolition, but quickly realized we were over our heads!

Hi Jo Jo...I actually don't understand this question...I don't have a son named Gary and not sure which document you are referring to :-)
