This is how little Jerry give AF. I don't remember the episode, but in one of the shows he was on some rando hit his car. His vintage, classic car. He went out, looked at it, and then sent them on their way. When he came back the person asked him about it. Jerry just shrugged and said he has plenty of money, he didn't want to deal with the headache of talking with that person or the police, let alone a car insurance company. He just told them he'd take care of it, and told them to leave. Needless to say everybody was stunned. Jerry just explained that he has plenty of money, why waste time out of his life dealing with that hassle. Not only that, but to that person that hit his car they will forever have a story about the time they met Jerry Seinfeld and how amazing he was as a person.

Watch the reruns...you'll get into it ! I never watched it when it was on originally...but one day about 10 years ago there was nothing on TV, started watching it and loved it. The brilliance of that show was ( to my knowledge ) it was the first sitcom where the main character was a Stand Up....but he had fewer funny lines than the other 3 main characters...the writing was fantastic ! Give it a try, watch 3 or 4 episodes.
