Jerry West, The Logo, An Ode

Man, we’re losing the legends! Jerry Alan West is a central figure in the history of my beloved NBA. He left us last week at 86. I give my respectful perspective 🙏🏾

RIP Mr. West. Thanks for the history, Disciple. I knew he was a player and the NBA logo, but I mainly knew him as an exec. You having a party when the C's win the finals?

Yes, he was a player before becoming an exec…a great player. Like I said, in the discussion for 2nd best 2 guard ever. Stylistically, in terms of shot diet and how he scored, he’s more like MJ than Kobe Bryant. Terrific all-time great. I don’t know about a party, especially with MJ home situation but I plan to attend the parade. 🙏🏾 🤞🏾 Thanks for listening!
