we have had an atomic air conditioned golf cart for 2 years and we love, wish we had bought it years ago, you wouldn't buy a car without a/c why buy a golf cart without it, it didn't cost us any more

I learned from ALASKA Airlines that Southwest Airlines (which I always loved) does NOT use OTHER carriers such as DELTA or UNITED !! After learning that I threw away $300 worth of stored credits and flew Alaska Non-Stop to Pacific Northwest

Jerry did them. We bought Kichler lights at home depot and a Kichler control box. The wires can go across your driveway and sidewalk in the grooves. Not too hard. A lot cheaper to do it yourself.

Your legions of fans are so distressed by your travel mishaps, Linda. (and we thought it was bad to wait out a lightning storm on the tarmac for over an hour last year!) We hope your next trip (and ours to visit Florida in Dec) is successful. It broke or hearts to hear of Don's son, but donated to the go-fund-me and loved seeing the clips from the special 100th video celebration/fundraiser. The residents of TV are such generous, giving people. It's no wonder we're arriving in droves to be a part of such a wonderful community. Finally, we've booked our 2nd lifestyle visit to nail down our home location, and we'll be bringing a care package when we get there.

My parents had a reverse mortgage due to medical needs. It was the right decision for them. They were able to live out their last decade without worrying about finances.

The lenders buy when rates are low sell when rates are higher so they make alot of money off of these old people

Hi Jerry, you mentioned the Atomic Golf Car. My question is , do you fit? If you remember I was a little guy like yourself (I'm 6'5" and 300+). When we were there in August for our PV the construction noise was louder than the turnpike. Flying is no fun these days! My granddaughters were supposed to be home by 10:30 pm and it was delayed because the crew was stuck in VA due to a storm. They finally arrived home at 4:30 am!

Here is another reason to beware of reverse mortgages. This happened in Massachusetts. A woman and her husband took a reverse mortgage on their home. The husband died. They qualified for the mortgage because the husband was 65. She was not, therefore she didn't qualify to keep the mortgage. Her two choices were to pay back the money they had already collected or move out. They had spent all of that money on living expenses. She lost the home they had lived in for decades because they didn't know about this clause in the contract. They did a story on it on the news. It was so sad. She was grieving her husband and packing up and clearing out their house while they interviewed her.

Southwest used to be great. Rarely a delay except for weather that was out of their control. In the last couple of years they have hosed us twice for important events where they could have easily alerted us earlier so we could have made other plans. I guess they just wanted to keep our money, but we got it back anyway, and their reputation is now damaged with us.

Wow what a nightmarish scenario at the airport🤯 I hope you can do an updated video on what activities are included in the amenities fee without having to pay an add on fee - I’m guessing if you play golf there is an add on fee. I had no idea about the work involved in palm trees 🌴 I thought there was a few houses that had fenced yards but on one of your videos I think you mentioned none do. Yeah I was just gonna ask if retractable yawning’s were allowed on the patio area- did you have to get permission to put that up? also can you add on to the patio if you want to get additional concrete space and make a little bit of a larger patio in your backyard or do you have to get permission for that as well since you do on the land and you do pay real estate taxes are you able to do that if you choose or do you have to get permission or is that not allowed at all? Also do you have to get permission to have a covered patio cover put on if your home does not already have a covered patio? I know you mentioned you have to draw up the plan and submit it for approval - but is that for everything like I wouldn’t covered patio structure a retractable yawning or retractable solar shades or is the approval only required for building like obviously a wooden covered patio is something that would have to be built?

The days of flying are over :( Flying is for the tough, young, smart. It was fun flying in the 1970's Houston to Boston, Boston to Houston We last flew from 2019 Pittsburgh to Boston Thunderstorms in Minneapolis We now drive to Metro Pittsburgh !!!
