Is it possible to get the air bubbles out from behind the screen when reassembling? Without having the iron lung, or vacuum whatever that thing is you have? LOL

Yes: but it will take a whule: just slowly put the glass onto the display and making sure to catch as little air bubbles as possible. Then just gently force out the air bubbles

No, you do not. It doesn't interfere with the internal storage (which is a separate chip inside the phone).

No, there is glass on top of the oled screen, if only the glass is damaged then this repair is possible, if not then you'll have to replace the entire screen

The A51 is slightly lighter than the A71. A51 CONSISTS AS A GLASS DISPLAY, OUR A71 CONSISTS A DISPLAY AS PAPER. Well done, thanks for showing how to pull out the display, now I understand how to pull out the display, when I wanted to pull out the display it was damaged, the reason is that there were LOTS of small CRACKS on the A71, but you had a few cracks, BUT you Well done.
