tape tracks orchestra - "lament" / ambient / tape loops / cassette multitracker

Tape tracks orchestra is new project created on top of "lo-fi ambient tape loop experiments". Music genre will stay, only hardware will be almost always the same. Mutlitrack machines working together simulating orchestra of lo-fi sounds.
"Lament" is the answer to the current situation in Ukraine.
Project created from the need of exploring further different techniques of composing and performing ambient music. Temporary escape from DAW and eurorack environment in favour of using multitrack recording machines, tape players, guitar pedals, children music toys and self made endless tape loops. All fulfilled with field recordings I am doing daily or did during traveling through Europe.

How did you get those multitracks?

I used to hunt for these on local eBay. In average I paid ~ 60 Euro. One required belt replacement. Search for multi track. Tascams are overpriced, check Yamaha or Fostex.
