He should've packed a box with 20$ and no knife, then when you get the box, you have money to buy a knife.

I must admit that I tried casting a mold of my knife scales out of resin once. What I found odd was that people HATE scales that show some of the knife if a light is shined through. I don't get it. I love transparent things. It's honestly one of the reasons I subscribed a while back. Your love of transparent things. I remember taking photos of my old phones in the mirror, with the back piece off, to try to get that exact transparent wallpaper! That was back when you could remove a phone battery...ahh...the good ol days.

Transparent tech is just so cool to look at! I wonder why most companies just don’t do that anymore
@grahamgrecian13322 жыл бұрын
Mostly because you have to make sure the inside looks presentable as well, which when you're talking about wires and batteries and circuit boards all glues and soldered together, is easier said than done
@grahamgrecian13322 жыл бұрын
You have to design two products at once. The inside AND the outside.

Hearing aid professional here: we sold transparent hearing aids all the time till about 2010. It was a good color choice since it worked good with elderly peoples grey hair. However those products quickly turned yellow from UV light and bacteria. So I think thats the reason why we don’t see so much transparent tech anymore
@jeffbrownstain2 жыл бұрын
@@Andi-jp5oe this is 100% the main reason. Old transparent plastic didn't hold up to UV well. We've gotten a bit better at it.
