Will be worse for her if she leaves. She's not going to get an overall better man as a single mother with multiple young children. She's got no education and no job. Plus she clearly loves him and he probably loves her too, otherwise he wouldn't be taking care of her and the kids and even talking to her about the relationship. 5 years is a pretty long time. Once things settle down with the new baby, if she gives him attention/ sex again they'll probably be a long term happy couple

She could probably get a new guy who is more s3xually loyal, but he would be a downgrade in many other qualities women prioritize, so that outweighs her current mans s3xual infidelity (she said it herself that aside from him stepping out, he was great). As for him he probably does love her (unlike most women, men are capable of still loving their wife 100%, while occasionally having sex with a different hot woman they care nothing about before going home to his wife like nothing changed) and the kids too. Dude just has a high s3x drive. Once things settle down with the new baby and she can start giving him attention/ s3x again- they'll probably be happy together.
