Who ever heard of a pizza place having the dough made for them? So, what do they do? Place cheese and sauce on and place it in the oven? Then, you gave them a couple of pointers, and, you're going to come back? Is this a review or a consultation?

This is not a typical pizza spot, that's for sure. But the pizza was good. We do consult at times. Many places call us back to give them pointers. Chef Umberto knows more than most about pizza and the ingredients, so yeah.
