I never really realized the pro stick defense on absolute. I always would just flick the stick when they do a dribble move, especially a crossover, and would get steals that way. Honestly just want to get my steal badges on gold asap because it takes forever to get them on my Center-lock build.

I understand moving the stick to the left to swipe with left hand, and right to swipe with right hand. When do you flick it down? I've noticed that is a 3rd animation you can do.

You would still need to flick the RS when the basketball changes hands, gathered for a layup or when the ball is directly in front of you, as I mentioned in the video.

Nothing could ever be “patched” unless it’s a glitch. If your build has high steal, you can steal the ball at a high rate if you TIME it right. Same as shooting. If you can’t time your shot, you’d be trash even with 99 3pt rating.
