Olá Matt, o Gabriel é sim evangélico da Igreja Batista no estado de Minas Gerais e realmente cantar para ele, é o que ele faz de perfeito, a sua voz foi um presente de Deus. Em minha opinião não da pra comparar Gabriel e Dimash ,são dois estilos de músicas totalmente diferentes,dimash tem formação acadêmica,estuda desde os 5 anos,etc..... Gabriel faz isso tudo sem ter uma super produção,estudios,e sem aulas com bons professores ,isso o torno diferente e incrível,Gabriel canta não apenas com técnica mas com a alma dá pra sentir isso atraves da sua voz

I don't know if I understood your comments correctly because I'm not fluent in English but I can say that I'm a Christian and I don't attend Gabriel Henrique's religion but when he sings it's wonderful and makes me feel good with his gospel songs. Gabriel Henrique's voice, the emotion and the message in his interpretations move me. I was thinking if Gabriel learned to sing in Italian, they'd be jealous. He sings higher than a tenor and unlike them he has a whistle register he can do runs with and can sing with. I would love to hear him sing some arias or Italian love songs. Still watching this on June 28, 2022._😊😊

Gabriel's father is a pastor in a church, he grew up singing in church, he is devote and his first songs were always like this. He only started singing English songs for his international fans, but also at a young age he listened to Whitney Houston & Mariah Carey and wanted to sing like that -- basically been singing non-stop since about 3. Gabriel plays piano.

Oh dear what did I wake up to? Matt you are in the dog house it seems🙃 I don't normally listen to reactions to other singers but I did to this one whom I don't know. My take he has a lovely voice that I may listen to at the start of cooking a meal, I would finish cooking. If I did the same with Dimash I would not finish cooking the meal as I'd have fainted in a corner somewhere 😉 that's the difference to me. Dimash has more power in his voice and all the qualities we love to go with it but no doubt with 20 years of experience he has mastered those qualities at a very young age. Dimash loves to promote other singers, he enjoys when we all sing with him professional or not. I didn't take offence at anything you said I think it came from a good place and it's your channel you can say what you like. Dears are fierce about Dimash and I feel them. Well... R&B maybe not Dimash's main thing, but I think he is a master in it too, if he wants. Listen for example 'We Are One': in the end of the song there is a little sample what he can do😊 Dimash doesn't use whistle tones very often. Probably because he can use his head voice in the 6.octave where many others only can use a whistle. But Dimash really can whistle very well. His whistle register begins in 7. octave reaching even 8. octave. His live D8 was 5 seconds with vibrato😅 Overall, I suppose whistle is not the healthiest technique, and it's wise he doesn't overuse it.

Very talented singer but comparing artists like this is like comparing apples to oranges. Depends on what flavor you are wanting at a specific time, is whom u listen too. I need to listen to more of his music and see a performance that he is not sitting on a couch to know if he can engage an audience, b4 he can be put in the same ball park as Dimash let alone in the same league.

Pelo que sei Dimash chegou a compor uma canção apenas, com o título unforgettable day, se não me engano com parceria da cantora Jordan do Cazaquistão, e arranjo feito pelo seu pai kanat e por arranjadores do Cazaquistão. E soube de alguns arranjos musicais, que ele mudou um pouco, quais foram usados nas canções covers que ele costuma cantar em seus concertos. E também uma canção, qual ele a mudou fazendo seu próprio arranjo, pra ser adaptado ao seu grande alcance vocal, como na canção intitulada Daididau, a tal escrita por um poeta Cazaque.

@@oscargovea5487 certamente que é indiscutível que Dimash está em um nível a frente do Gabriel Henrique em termos de técnicas vocais e é melhor desenvolvido em suas habilidades artísticas e possui maior alcance de tessitura vocal , afinal Dimash possui mais de 20 anos de educação musical e grandes e ótimos acompanhamento de professores de canto e em questão de produção musical, nem tem como dizer...qual ajuda-o a diferencia-lo muito. E seus estilos são diferentes, mais à nível musical eles são considerados por vários profissionais de canto, como gênios na arte de cantar e interpretar e ambos são brilhantes na atualidade da música e são fora da curva. Não os comparando mais ambos possuem vozes extraordinárias, que nos chocam e nos impressionam em suas capacidades, isto na minha opinião e de muitos quando todos, os ouvem cantar.

Wow, it never ceases to amaze me how people react to these comparisons. Dimash doesn't need, or want I would venture, people to put down another singer because people dare compare him to someone else. I am a huge fan of Gabriel's, and don't dispute Dimash's talent...I just prefer Gabriel's style and tone. That's what it is about... preference and opinion. There's plenty of room for both, no need to downplay another's talent in defence of someone who clearly doesn't need it.

You said it very well. There shouldn't be such comparisons in the first place. I think it really isn't peoples' fault if they get defensive for artists they love. I mean, as far as they express their opinions politely. Reactioners use these comparisons probably because they cause a lot of discussion (or even fight). So, they gain a lot of comments, which boosts the video in YT algorythm. But there is no need to put artists, or their fans against each other. It create useless fighting only. In many cases comparisons are not reasonable. But sometimes, as in this case, comparing can be just ridiculous. Like come on, even very talented and vocally educated people say they can't compete with Dimash - no one can, and he is a complete artist. So why then compare him to someone who has no vocal education, not very much live singing experience in different stages? It doesn't go well, and is not fair to the artist who gets overshadowed by comparison but could shine in his/her own. It's not the best way to present an artist either. Comparing may prevent people from seeing the artist in a positive, or objective light (because of their initial bias). Better to concentrate to what is special for just this artist, since every artist is unique in his/her own way. And finally, it all depends on tastes as you said. First of all, everyone chooses his/her favorite artist, who to connect with. So why compare, just enjoy what one likes best. Be it Gabriel, Dimash or anyone else😊

@@shawncorkum6519 I am sorry, that was not my intention. I think formal education is needed in every field. With singers it may be even more important than those who work with other instruments. Since voice is a delicate instrument. When a singer knows proper techniques, that helps his voice to last longer. At concerts, but also through life. And of course it offers more tools to use when singing... I don't know much about Gabriel, but my understanding is, he doesn't have formal singing education. If he is good with a little training, imagine how it could be? Anyway, it's never too late to start😊

Kevin, I have listened to some of his live performances. He has a nice lyrical tenor voice and a good unconnected falsetto. His pitch is very good. Beyond that, to compare his home recordings to another singer, it would make sense to compare the pitch-shifting software he uses to the software used by Piet. We'll leave it at that, knowing you'll understand.

I prefer him singing in his mother tongue and non female songs. Check out Gabriel's brother Pedro Henrique, he's a phenomenal singer too. Their duets are also amazing

different styles are the best nowadays, obviously it's a matter of taste, my particular one is gabriel's style this blues, soul, pop, it's more pleasing to my ears, recognizing that the dimash within his style is also amazing and the better in what he proposes to do, a matter of taste... remembering that there are many other singers who are unbeatable within his style...country, rap, hip hop, among others

In my opinion Gabriel is an amazing singer, however his style and voice is not as unique as Dimash…I also wonder if he would be able to master all genres as Dimash does. Also Dimash’s voice hits you deeper it may be all the different textures that he possesses, he’s just to unique to compare to anybody else.
