Good videos, not sure why so little views. I've been searching for tip videos on Tropico 6, but most of the out there are just bunch rambling for freak over an hour lol I think most average players like short and straight forward videos.

I like to set the university on brain sells, since then you get some money and reduce the population, basically, if they finish school they will move out the country and you get 150 bucks, its not much, but since you can get more kids in their place and the effectiveness on research kinda works on learning speed as well, it can be a decent buff and creates a buffer for unemployed people. mostly for performance reasons and so, it won't get complicated. Education acts as a job since some of them gonna learn, it takes away from unemployed people if there are better jobs available but they don't have education for it, so better place high education jobs, those will always make people start learning, this also works better if you got a few mansions and high requirement entertainment buildings. Im not sure if there are hidden stats now, back before each tropican had some preference about housing and job, all other things, and that was calculated in their happiness. It might still do. But I think factions are considered when you got jobs so environmentalists won't work in a mine but will work happily in a waste treatment facility, conservatives in offices, etc. The other thing i like to do is putting male-only or female-only jobs together, that way you get more married couple and reduce the housing needs. Maybe you can micromanage it by firing the couples and letting all the single ladies marry your soldiers. Its a tough job but on lower population can save a lot of buffs and since even with a lower income, couples can live in a good housing, its good enough. There is a raid for reducing Caribbean happiness which increases overall happiness and they accept lower-quality jobs more often. Generally after 2020 will become very hard to still do mining and logging so by that time you need to focus more on tourism. Some jobs got upgrades for better job quality, i think banana farms and hydroponics. I generally just do construction offices since i build a lot and that can use up the uneducated people. overall it's good to have some cheap upkeep jobs with decent job quality and medium pay, since they won't be homeless and you get back the money on rent and entertainment.

Job happiness can be raisd by raising the wages/budgets, by selecting certain work modes and by selecting certain upgrades for that work place.

Sheep provide both wool and milk. Heavy on the wool, light on the milk. Goats are the big milk providers, but when I can't get good land for goats around my plantations, there seems to be good land for sheep. So I'll put in sheep so I can still have the creamery.
