The first match, the deck is centered on the Trumpeting Carnosaur, and use the undercover operative to make multiple copies of it then use Nahiri's Resolve to beat you in one turn.

btw, the first deck was spam the discover 5 dino, copying with all those blue clones and hitting you with that haste

First deck was the cascade combo deck - they basically run 4 copies of the new rare dino that costs 4RR and has discover 5. When it ETBs, they basically go and either fetch other 3 copies of it and/or fetch one of the mimics which will then copy the dino and cascade till they get nahiri’s resolve which gives them +1/+0 and haste to finish you off the same turn they cascade. Since they run only 1 copy of nahiri’s resolve, if they cascade and cannot attack that turn, next turn you depopulate and you win cause that’s their only win-con. Hence the scoop. 😉

First match was a malone deck using carnasaur and copy creatures. So they come in as copies of carnasaur, rinse repeat and then haste from nahiri

Im fairly certain that in the first game you were playing against someone running an approximation of MTGMalone's Trumpeting Carnisaur combo deck. Runs exactly one Nahiri's Resolve, 4 Trumpeting Carnisaur, as many 4 mana clones as possible, and ramp/removal options that can't be hit by Discover 5. It's a wild combo deck that looked really fun to pilot. That's why they scooped when you destroyed the Nahiri's Resolve. There's no way to get it back in the deck. The idea is to hit like 7 clones off one Discover 5, hit a Nahiri's Resolve as the last Discover 5, and then swing for lethal.

I mean, I've recently played my Orzhov Vampires aggro brawl deck like a blue deck, but that's because I was against Urabrask and the shuffler served me up Curse of Silence, Thoughtseize, Invasion of Gobakhan and Reprieve.

Jesus Christ that last game is why I don't have fun playing against control. Not only does the deck make the game drag on, the player spends so much time contemplating every mathematical possibility of each play in their hand. And this is coming from someone who loathes monored aggro.
