Robert Fuller has graced our lives and we have graced his. He will never grow old and will remain young and healthy to those who see his work and have seen his appearances. He is gifted with a being a person who gets along with others and makes friends easily. Even now in his 90s. When he passes away to the other world he leaves us glad to have seen him. Nobody can wish for more. Adios Robert.

How did live 55 years before finally discovering Laramie? It is without a doubt the best western series I have ever seen. The writing is without equal as is the acting of Robert Fuller as Jess Harper and John Smith as Slim Sherman. A big "Thank You" to the Grit Channel for bringing this Classic to a new group of appreciative viewers!!

I would also like to thank you Sue for the great videos. and perfect music selections. Never heard of Sean Kean, but I sure do like him. I remember Laramie when I was very young. Know it best from re-runs. Thank you grit tv. I love cowboys. Where have they all gone. A by gone era I guess. But not where I live. He was and still is a great equestrian. Only a hand full of those tv cowboys were great riders. Robert Fuller was the best.

The music is by The Heavy Horses - a Canadian group, the pseudonym under which Canadian musician Justin Mahoney writes and sings. Mr. Fuller was a great horseman and I believe he still rides today at nearly 84 years of age! He is the best.

Martina, they are only the most famous cowboys in theater history and based on the true cowboy legends Loving/Goodnight trail blazers. If you really want some idea of true cowboys watch Lonesome Dove as it is one of the very best there is. Also really good history of this country is Blood Trail. Don't ever think I don't love Jess and have tremendous respect for Robert Fuller. He is one of the best horsemen I have ever seen and does much of his own stunts in these shows (the Santiago Casadae(?) story from WT is amazing and I believe he did all his own stunts on that one too). But as a former cowgirl, I have to respect and admire all the "pokes" and what they contribute to our history and amusement. Even the bad guys have their place in my heart!! Keep on riding...

true, sue, but did you see him jump off a perfectly good horse at high speed and land on a runaway team to stop em??? wow, now thats horsemanship par excellance!!!! I still admire his ability on the horse; better than I ever was at my best!!! (I was fairly good once upon a time) I think the leg breaking was due to a chair that was supposed to break and didn't, but hey, bet he got back up after he mended! :)
