Darren Miller I believe if you listen to the song you will understand that the song is about her being jealous of said girl crush because she has the man she loves.

Not meaning to be a dick here but he was saying LBT, which is an abbreviation of Little Big Town who had the original hit with this song , as opposed to LGBT, as in lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender. That said, the lyrics are not gender specific and so you can interpret them in several ways and gender/sex combinations with the three people involved in the love triangle.
