I read so many comments about how people wish they had a relationship like theirs and honestly, I agree! It’s beautiful and everyone deserves to be shown love like that. However, ladies and gentlemen, truth be told is that people have different love languages. Every relationship is beautiful in its own way (obviously, not when it’s toxic or abusive), but my point is that we shouldn’t expect our significant other to behave the same way as Gabe (for example) or something like that. Enjoy your relationship, your way. Building expectations and holding them against another person can be very harmful to your relationship and and to them as individuals. Just a thought. ❤️ love is shown in different ways!

I’m quite literally sobbing. I am older than you and I still look at your marriage and show my husband and say, “we need to do this!” Like making sure we are always praying for our marriage we pray for each other, but not our marriage enough. I cannot imagine how difficult it must be so be so far away from family. Even in the beginning of a marriage and the bliss when you were able to be in one place, to not be able to leave to just go see your parents or sister. I am also close with my family and I talk to my mom almost every day and we have kids. I can’t imagine having such a hard time seeing them. I’m praying this year is the year you guys can start traveling back to Australia more so you can be with your family too. I kniw a lot of people are going through that. Watching your videos, and your couple’s channel, just calms me. Your voice calms me. There are no dumb pranks on each other, no unnecessary drama. You are just two people who love each other and who have worked hard to get where you are. Also, your voice is so soothing, Jess. You should do one of those story podcasts to help people sleep and get rid of anxiety, except I know you guys already have a ton on your plate.
