Obviously, Becky wasn’t interested in Jesse and he either couldn’t take a hint or refused to but clearly Jesse kept pushing and pushing her into dating him and falling for him not to mention he’s very controlling and pushy and is way to dominant and manipulated Becky into thinking that she could not find anybody better, even though she was on the rise to possibly having her own show and could’ve had her own house easily by the time her career skyrocketed. Those two were completely from different worlds and had nothing in common however, I feel like Jesse dragged Becky down, especially after getting married and living in the upstairs attic. He quit working for the family business, working for a advertising company, dropped out of hs, even though he did get his diploma later in the series. He could’ve easily got his GED and learned a trade instead of chasing a music career as using it as an excuse to become successful even. Also, he kissed several women while they were dating and married and then had the audacity to accuse her of cheating on him when she was with that professor even though they were just friends. Not to mention he always had a short temper every time he didn’t get his way and acted like a child with her and everyone else. Even though Joey and her had no chemistry between each other and no career goals besides wanting to becoming a comedian, at least Joey was funny, compassionate, sincere, loyal, trustworthy, heart felt, caring. She was definitely way out of Jesses league and she could’ve done so much better than him. Even though Jesse had his good moments with his family, he was quite a slime-ball when it came to his relationship with her.
