I remember seeing these guys live. They opened up for Steel Dragon. Monarch Records were just starting ou5,but the label went all out on promoting their bands. What a time to be alive.😉

Haha, those were definitely some wild times! Jesse Blaze and Steel Dragon used to hang out backstage, swapping road stories and competing over who had the bigger hairspray budget. 😎 Monarch Records really went all out-rumor has it they even considered a joint tour with bungee jumping off the stage, but that was too much, even for the '80s! 😉 Thanks for remembering those epic days!

Thank you! ❤ We’ll never forget our heroes from the past, and this channel is all about celebrating that golden era. While it's true that we don't hear as much of that classic sound these days, we have the deepest respect for the musicians who created it. AI can indeed recreate some of that magic sound when done right, but nothing replaces the real thing. We’re just here to pay tribute to an era we love. Thank you for your support! 💯❤💥

This is definitely the glam/pop hair metal stuff, which in just my opinion mind you, is not real heavy metal. Of course, granted, that's not the style sound that was intended maybe. Back in my high school days we called it "candy metal". I guess that was our local slang.

Oh good Lord.... it had to happen, right? AI creating fictional 80s rockstars and music.... eventually the line between AI and reality will become so blurred it'll be impossible to distinguish what's actually real.
@theaorradio3 ай бұрын
@@jammer70s Absolutely, real rockstars will always be front and center! For me, it's super important to be clear about these fictional bands and their stories - it's all done out of love for that iconic 80s sound. Even though it’s obviously nowhere near as much work as creating real songs, there’s still a lot of prompting involved to get the right vibe and expression, which is a fun process. I really hope you dig the channel and the tribute we’re trying to create here. In the end, it's just a fun way to celebrate the music we grew up with, and the legends will always be the ones leading the way.

Hi Luis. It's done with Udio. I use a lot of various prompts/work to first get the right sound of the song and "singer" and I don't use auto lyrics as they're boring. Try to build up own stories. Then I build up the songs in various sections as intro, solos, chorus, verses, bridges, outro. So of course it doesn't take as long as it take for a real artist/producer/musician but it takes some time to have it done in a good way. Still we need to have the biggest respect to our real musical heros and musicians and see this as a tribute only. But it is actually quite impressive what Udio can do. 🎸🥁🎹

I think after 30 years of playing guitar and the last 10 Years of doing it as a pro it’s time for me to get a proper job now 😂 maybe something with those computers they‘re all talking about, because even if theres no need for me as a human anymore I could still make a shitload of Money by being a slave to technology 🤑

Hey🎸 I really hope you keep playing and sharing your music - it's musicians like you who give this genre its heart and soul, and I’m sure there’s a whole world of people who feel the same way. Our page is just a tribute to AOR and the timeless sound we all love, and we hope you see it as a celebration of what you and others have created. 🙌✨ Musicians will always have a place, but it’s clear that music-making is evolving, and we're all adapting together. I get it; technology can feel like competition sometimes, but maybe it’s about finding a balance where musicians, producers, and tech can actually work together. In some ways, it could even be a chance to bring new life to the music we love 🎶. After all, AI and tools are just that - tools - and there will always be something uniquely human in the way you play and the stories you tell through your guitar 🎶🤘. I really appreciate your passion, and I know that many others do too. Here’s to finding new ways to make music that resonates, and to keeping this genre alive in a way only musicians like you can. Thanks for all you bring to it! 🎶🌟
