Romeo should have been used to his father having to work on odd hours when representing in criminal cases, since most random arrests are made by the police at night, and most planned ones in the early, early hours of the morning. Requiring lawyers to make themselves available at odd hours in order to advice their clients, and to get a firm impression of what evidence there is, and what the charges might could come to read. Getting control of a client, and a clear picture of what has happened, and how that might implicate the client, is essential to represent the client to the best of the lawyer/law firms ability.

Jessie didn't know/believe that Mercedes ran over Grace and Liam was with Mercedes and they both left Grace on the street for dead. If Jessie knew about that as well, it will be a hoot. Jessie is the only member in Donovan family that regards himself being the goody two shoes and he tries to avoid doing anything criminal.
