Hi Dear Luisa Wow, Wow, Wow. You showed us so many new techniques in this video and what an unusual and spectacular piece you have designed. I have never seen beads added on to a tassel before, and in such a clever way. The binding of the leather and wire to make a coil to attach to was another piece of genius. Thank you so much for your easy to follow instructions and your beautiful manner, not to mention your inventiveness. The necklace looked superb on you and I particularly loved it when you doubled it up around your neck. The JJ beads are gorgeous, will have to look into getting them shipped to Oz. The coil cord endings are so much better than readymade ones! They’re much more secure and versatile because they coil around any thickness without having to use glue or having to crimp. Beautiful necklace! When you wrapped the ends of leather with wire did the leather go through the loops you made or not?

Thank you Jill. No I just placed the leather on top of the loop holding it up against the loop with my thumb to stabilize it while I maid the coil around the rest of the wire. Then you simply snip off and burn down that excess piece. Does that answer your question? If not, please let me know and I'll try and elaborate a little more. 🙂🌺🌸🌼
