I saw Jackyl, Tesla, and Vince Neil for my first show… my pops took me. He has since passed. I miss him dearly. Old man knew all the good tunes though. I have strong music taste based on his influences.

If you looked up rock & roll in Webster's you would see Jackyl's picture in there. Real Americans with a back beat you can't get enough of. If you've never seen them live you should.Thank you Jackyl.2024 you still rock Indiana!!!

Perfect summary. I first heard em in 1992, first week in my college dorm, some dude was rocking Lumberjack. Saw em for the 1st time in 1994, opening for Aerosmith and stole the show by far. Now, seen em over 50x and Jackyl's ingrained into my soul.

RIP to Ronnie Honeycutt, the original lead singer whom JJD replaced. Sad story. God Bless JJD and the Worley Brothers, Roman, Jimmy Stuff, and Tom Bettini

HELL'S BELLS! Why let someone else record Down On Me like you wrote it! Who Better Than Jesse Dupree the man who wrote it and knows what it should sound like??? This is how the song was written to be sung, before the label made Rick punch it up. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qIXKkmdnp5iUatUsi=QfY2EnEFjXRnPThE
