He not nba level but he is definitely a high level hooper. A better way to say it is he is not a content creator that hoops sometimes he is a hooper that also has content creation skils. I put Filay in the same category as Devinthelab, Uncle Skoob, Ty Glover, Cesar, Nas etc. All these dudes are real deal hoopers that just so happens to be good at making content too.
