it isn't magnus however it could be the main referee guy from boomtown who makes the death bowl, after magnus's death or after the wither storm destroys Cities, he becomes far more evil and angry, Or it could be a redstonia citizen because the warden has a half of ellegard's goggles. but if you did choose boomtown and magnus lives then the warden definitely is magnus because a second after romeo turns the warden into a prisoner the warden actually was wearing green clothes, either way the warden is either a redstiona citizen or magnus and people from boomtown.
