I was so hurt to learn he passed away. Just a few months ago, after the Can We Talk challenge, I saw people on KZbin debating male singers from the 90s. Jesse Powell was ranked at the top, along with Tevin and Kevon Edmonds. Jesse’s voice was crystal clear and beautiful. “If I” remains one of my favorite songs. May he rest in peace.

First my love, then him. 😔 There better be an after life, because that is what I hold onto. The thought of not seeing my loved ones again scares me. But I have to hold onto faith. That is all we have, to get through each day. Remember, he is with you. Keep his memory alive. He seemed to have chosen right, by marrying you. A minister too? God bless. 😇❤
