Dont know if this theory has been thrown out there yet or not but I think that the dead toy on top of computer monitor with the eye may actually be Harley Sawyer... We saw in the last "story so far" video that someone or something is watching the player on security monitors which is where we see this computer monitor with the eye. Perhaps Sawyers consciousness was transferred from the dead toy or some other vessel to the computer (think Portal with GLaDOS) and that is who / what is watching and narrating the "story so far" videos. But that is just a theory.
