Speaking out of experience, I was a lot of physiques from super lean from the military to a large power lifting to compete and then fitness bodybuilding. In my experience - fitness bodybuilding got me the most female attention by far x10 - Power lifting got me a lot of bro attention - super lean gave me more attention than the power lifting look x10. Being huge is more scary to women than it is attractive, again that's just from experience from those around me and many random women Also, the biggest sell to women is not your body, it's actually your smile, your eyes and jawline, if you have those, you'll get a look but if you have the body on top you may get a blush. I know I sound over confident and moronic but I'm just being honest, this is what I experienced. Don't worry, I'm not so cocky now, I have a major dad bod, kids and an amazing partner who loves the fat me more than I do.

I had surgery last October on both my legs and lost 10lbs of muscle in each leg then was in bed for 3 weeks and didn’t eat and dropped to 165 from 190.
