Fun fact, back when the wall didn't explode you, there was a little secret in the crystal stage if you went for a certain period of time in the crystal stage without hitting anything, the game would autothink your cheating and use the crystal lazers to kill you

I cheated in the washing machine stage to get the chest. How: a guy dodge every box that thing drops nd then the chest came down inside the tv, I jumped over the black thing and equip my canon(the one which we can hold in our hands) then it just got through the glass and I got the chest without even doing it.
