Jesse,when I tested the smelters, and steel mills 1 smelter is enough to feed 3 steel mills if u split the iron that comes out of the smelter. It's just a cheaper way I'm mentioning 🤗

It's just way easier to make large rectangles and please the smelter and steel mil horizontally facing the hole in the center of the rectangle, you can make a tower from it and you dont need much stuff only stone. I did it like that and I get 30 per 5 minutes and I have only 4 steel mils and smelters
