The mighty heart of sunny st James is the book I read this summer and it was perfect.. It was so well written **chef's kiss** it had that beachy vibe( because she mostly spends her time in the beach)... It was perfect.. Loved the vlog ❤❤

I recently read "The Strange Case of the Alchemist's Daughter" and absolutely loved it! As a lover of Gothic fiction, historical settings, and strong, independent heroines, this book was right up my alley. And even Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson were part of the adventures of the monstrous ladies! Furthermore, it has barely any romantic elements in it, which is a big plus in my book. I also read "Mexican Gothic" a few weeks ago, which was also great : )
