Thanks for replying…now that i know there’s a real person behind these…..To met one of the big advantages of stack and tilt over other systems is that I (as an advocate of David Pelts) use “position #3, #4, and #5 with all my irons including wedges. Stack and tilt allows these non full swings without introducing accelerated weight shift or any other “adjustments” to the downswing. This makes Half shots and 1/4 shots much more repeatable.. My point is…if I’m correct….play it up…why doesn’t any one do a fair comparison of the various swing systems. rotatory golf, stack and tilt, natural golf, traditional trail leg drive to target. Etc. I think stack and tilt for the average amateur would make the most scents.

Thank you for this video breakdown. First saw you on Saguto’s channel. I’m going into my second year playing and I have a hybrid conventional swing with really wide stance but straight arms. I’m inconsistent but the straight arms has been helping. I’ve decided to completely embrace stack and tilt as it feels natural to me when I practice in my home (winter in New York). Focusing on the positions in the golf swing reminds me of Rick Monday, a pro who I took a few lessons from several decades ago. He would literally put his students in the various positions of the golf swing and have them hold each position one after the other...over and over. He didn't even want you to hit balls for a few weeks as he did this with you over and over and you rehearsed at home.
