Yes, drinking water will hydrate your skin but I have to drink over 90 oz for this to happen.

Drinking water (and eating water filled foods like cucumber, watermelon etc) decreases the risk of dehydration, and dehydration itself will show on the skin in various forms. Being hydrated increases your blood flow (to name one thing), which will make your body obviously healthier, including your skin. But drinking water does not moisturise your skin, and the water that you are drinking will not “transfer” to the skin. It’s transfers to parts of your body which will have a positive impact on your skin since the skin is usually a direct indicator of how your body feels inside, but also how hydrated it is.

My massage therapist taught me that face slapping technique too! 🤩 It’s great for lymphatic drainage & really helps with puffiness in the morning! 💕 I would always notice that after my face massages, the bags under my eyes completely disappeared! ✨ So now instead of buying under eye creams (that never really did what I wanted them to anyway), I just gently tap my under eyes & around my eye sockets & forehead & viola!
