I hate they did not continue her, she at least mentioned she was part of a team once, she was a Xman. She could fly, they tend to underpower these guys because the people that write them have not read the comics. She is strong. They should this once when she held the elevator in the Defenders with Luke and Iron Fist in it with one hand and she was not straining. The Defenders are a Marvel lost. Everything was in place for marvel to continue these series.

The thing about Jessica Jones is that she is a good person who doesn’t want to hurt people so she is constantly and MASSIVELY holding back . That’s why she is simply throwing and pushing people . Because she knows that if she loses control even for a second and actually uses her strength she would literally rip people apart the way her mother did . If she actually god proper training especially from someone who can take it like an Asgardian she would be insanely powerful

If we're talking about comics, Jessica's generally formidable. Super strength, decent flight although she doesn't like it, great speed, and is a full on boxer. No martial arts training, just streets smart and experience. And about her healing factor, it's average, at least among superheroes.
