Great discussion! Nice to hear her path along this life and perspectives in training. My girlfriend does Muay Thai and I grapple and much of this resonated with me and I know her aswell through injury ups and downs and experiences on the mats. Heal up that arm injury and display that hardwork in the octagon sis!

I was really sad at her last two losses. And her getting hurt after repeated taps sucked. But she should take a page out of Kamaru Usman book. He is one of the best fighters in the world and on an incredible run, but just lost the belt. He has already watched the fight he lost multiple times. You have to figure out what you did right and wrong. My 2¢. I’ll be cheering for her on her next fight.

She is into everything I am into. She would be fun as a friend or gf. She should try OCR like Tough Mudder or Spartan Race. Best of luck on next fight.
